About the Department

The Department of Computer Science (CS) a one of the leading Programs in ACEM’s tradition of quality education and excellence in academics. The CS Department was commenced offering under-graduate program (BE) with an approved intake of 60 students and has grown steadily since then; the accomplishments of the Department are as follows.

Program: UG-B.E. in Computer Science, M.E. in Computer Engineering

The Department has signed MoUs with many MNCs offering the best practical experience to the students. The faculty members always strive to impart knowledge in the best possible manner to the students. The quality and standard of teaching is always a priority for the faculty members.

Hands-on Training practices /Industry visits

Department Conducts training programs, hands-on workshop ad organizes Industry visits on a regular basis for the students to expose them to industry practices to enhance employability through expert knowledge encouraging to upgrade their skills, innovative way of thinking and renewed motivation.

Compulsory Internship

As a part of curriculum, department facilitates 30 days internship in reputed companies

PSO.1	The ability to understand, analyze and develop computer programs in the areas related to algorithms, system software, multimedia, web design, big data analytics, and networking for efficient design of computer-based systems of varying.
PSO.2	The ability to apply standard practices and strategies in software project development using open-ended programming environments to deliver a quality product for business success.
